NomoHIT is an easy-to-use mobile app to help in assessing the information gained from heparin induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) diagnostic workup, through the 4Ts scoring and subsequent immunological and functional lab testing, and in turning it into a probability that a given patient has or has not HIT.
